Abstract
Towards a Configurative Geography of the Gilets Jaunes: Weak Values and the New Social Pacts. – This article will focus on the territorial dimension of the Gilets Jaunes, taking as their geographic formation par excellence that of the roundabout. A community, political, emotional space of solidarity. But also a political space, in its own way original and surprising. Why do the “jaunes” create topoi? Why is their geography configurative and emotional, one which cannot be simply mapped? What in the last resort, do the GJ want by occupying the limelight so persistently? Why do they do so and what are they aiming at?
